New — Hyrox Race Prediction

Predict your Hyrox race time using your OTF treadmill and rower data. Blends your benchmark PRs with recent workout performance, applies progressive run fatigue, and identifies where you're strongest and where to improve.

What it analyzes

ComponentData source
8 x 1km RunningTreadmill speed + 1 Mile Run / 12-Min Tread PRs

OpenStandard weights (default)
ProHeavier sleds, wall balls — longer station times
DoublesBoth partners run 8km, alternate 4 stations each

New — Dri-Tri Prediction

Predict your Dri-Tri time using a machine learning model trained on real user data. The model analyzes your recent workout performance and benchmark PRs, then shows what's helping and what's costing you time.

How it works

StepDetails
Training dataReal Dri-Tri results from OTF members paired with their pre-race workout metrics
AlgorithmRidge regression on 15 features (treadmill, rower, heart rate, benchmarks)
Your predictionYour last 30 days of workouts + benchmark PRs fed into the trained model
OutputPredicted time, confidence interval, and what's helping vs. costing you time

Tips

Ask follow-ups. After seeing your workouts, ask Claude to analyze trends or compare periods.
Be specific with dates. "Last week", "this month", "since January" all work.
Combine topics. "How many classes did I take last month and what was my average calorie burn?"
Ask for analysis. Claude can calculate averages, spot trends, and compare periods — not just show raw data.
Use casual benchmark names. "2k row" and "mile run" work just as well as the official names.
