By accessing or using OTF Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

OTF Platform connects your Orangetheory Fitness account to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. The Service provides read-only access to your workout history, class schedules, membership status, progress stats, challenges, benchmarks, body composition data, and weekly recaps.

The Service does not modify your Orangetheory account, book or cancel classes, or make purchases on your behalf.

3. Account and authentication

• You must have a valid Orangetheory Fitness account to use the Service.
• You authenticate by linking your Orangetheory credentials, which are encrypted at rest.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under your credentials.
• You may unlink your account and revoke access at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to scrape, collect, or redistribute Orangetheory data in bulk.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. "Orangetheory Fitness" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Orangetheory Fitness.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, stored, and shared.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Fitness data shown through the Service is sourced from Orangetheory and may not always be accurate or current.
• The Service does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate fitness information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
